PACKAGED JUICE V/S REAL VEGETABLES JUICE
Satsriakaal dosto,

Are Packaged juice really healthy as we feel ?

NO  to preserved juices  they are usually good to taste and are
sweet in nature this is done by using artificial flavors and sugar which  is not good for our bodies.

- packaged juices are high in calories as compares to fresh juices made at home  MULTINATIONAL COMPANY  uses the word REAL or FRESH for making more and more money. So don't consume juices that have added flavor.

-The best way to make  a juice at low temp by pressing a fruit slowly so that it retains Nutrients & detoxes is to chew it in your mouth .Teeth and Gums are the best equipment to make cold pressed juice.

-But the  main question raised for some healthy vegetables like CHUKANDAR (BEETROOT) LAUKI (BOTTLE GOURD)  TURAI (RIDGED GOURD) and many more are not prefer by the kids and the other members of the family so  juicing may be  a fun way to add them to your diet or to try fruits and vegetables may be wouldn't eat .

- So, here i mix up some combinations of vegetables. If you do try juicing make only as much juice as you can drink at one time because fresh squeezed juice can easily develop harmful bacteria.

 FRESH HOME MADE VEGETABLES JUICE

NOTE: Best time to drink a glass of juice is morning after exercise or in evening.

  1. You picked up a very Good topic today. I also want to add that the moment you read “pasteurized “ on any bottled juice most of the nutrients are already killed and to make it shelf stable companies add lots of chemicals. So guys either homemade juices are best or eating a fruit directly.

  3. In many hotels. Fresh juice is offered in the morning... This is normally packaged and not the very best thing to be had early morning.. would like to add, don't throw the husk of the material you grind... I.e.dont strain it.. drink it as it is.. it's like eating Ur juice .
The only thing now is how do we make it yummy for the kids... We grow sensitive to these things after a certain age..
Good writing Nidhi.. let it keep coming
